McEwen Inc. Schedules Q2 2026 Results Call Amid Copper and Gold Expansion

McEwen Inc. (NYSE: MUX) (TSX: MUX) has announced it will hold a conference call on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 11 a.m. EDT to discuss its financial results for the second quarter of 2026 and provide updates on its projects. The call will feature prepared remarks from management followed by a live question-and-answer session. Shareholders and other attendees can join via webcast, while analysts and participants wishing to ask questions by phone must register in advance. An archived replay of the webcast will be available on McEwen's media page approximately two hours after the live event concludes. The full press release is available at https://nnw.fm/l0A2V.

McEwen is a diversified mining company with operations in the Americas, providing shareholders with exposure to a growing base of gold and silver production, as well as a large copper development project. Its gold and silver mines are located in prolific mineral-rich regions, including the Cortez Trend in Nevada, USA; the Timmins district of Ontario; Flin Flon in Manitoba; and the Deseado Massif in Santa Cruz province, Argentina. The company is also reactivating its gold-silver El Gallo Mine in Mexico.

One of the key highlights for investors is McEwen's 46.3% interest in McEwen Copper, which owns the large, long-life, advanced-stage Los Azules copper development project in San Juan province, Argentina. This region hosts some of the country's largest copper deposits. According to the last financing for McEwen Copper, the implied value of McEwen's ownership interest is US$456 million, or US$7.67 per share. The Los Azules project is designed to be one of the world's first regenerative copper mines and aims to be carbon neutral by 2038. Its Feasibility Study results were announced in a press release dated October 7, 2025.

In addition to its mining assets, McEwen recently purchased a 27.3% stake in Paragon Advanced Labs Inc., a newly listed public company that is deploying PhotonAssay units around the world. This technology is believed to be poised to become the new industry standard for assaying precious and base metals, with Paragon aiming to be one of the leading service providers in this field.

Chairman and Chief Owner Rob McEwen has invested over US$250 million personally and takes a salary of $1 per year, aligning his interests with shareholders. He is a recipient of the Order of Canada, a member of the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame, and a winner of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year (Energy) award. His objective is to build MUX's profitability, share value, and ultimately implement a dividend policy, as he did while building Goldcorp Inc.

This conference call comes at a critical time for the company as it continues to advance its copper project, which is expected to play a significant role in the global transition to renewable energy and electric vehicles. The updates provided during the call will be closely watched by investors and industry analysts for insights into the company's financial performance and project milestones.
