Nevada Organic Phosphate Extends Murdock Mountain Strike Beyond 3 Kilometers

Nevada Organic Phosphate Inc. (CSE: NOP; OTCQB: NOPFF) has announced that drill hole MM26-10 at its Murdock Mountain project successfully intersected the Meade Peak Member, extending the confirmed strike length of the target phosphate horizon to more than 3 kilometers. The drill hole was positioned as a 1.5-kilometer step-out from previously known mineralization, and preliminary core logging has identified oolitic textures consistent with the Upper Phosphate Zone, supporting the company's geological model. Laboratory assay results are pending validation.

The company stated that this successful step-out strengthens confidence in the continuity and scale potential of the phosphate system. Exploration continues across additional project areas within the property. Management also noted that they are transitioning to a new drilling contractor following equipment, staffing, and logistics delays, and expect drilling productivity to improve as operations advance.

Nevada Organic Phosphate is a junior exploration company with an organic sedimentary raw rock phosphate bed, 6.6 kilometers long, located in northeast Nevada. Additional applications extend the potential strike of rock phosphate to over 30 kilometers. The company believes this is the only known large-scale organic sedimentary phosphate project in North America. The project is situated close to the main highway to Montello/Elko, Nevada, and near the rail head to California.

This development is significant for the phosphate mining industry, as it underscores the potential for a major new source of organic phosphate in North America. The extension of the strike length to over 3 kilometers suggests that the deposit could be substantial, which may have implications for domestic supply chains that rely on phosphate for fertilizers and other applications. For investors and stakeholders, the confirmation of continuity and scale reduces geological uncertainty and could enhance the project's economic viability.
