Silver Crown Royalties Reports Record Q2 Revenue, Achieves First Profitable Quarter

Silver Crown Royalties Inc. (Cboe:SCRI, OTCQX:SLCRF, BF:QS0) has released its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting record revenue and the company's first profitable quarter since its public listing in July 2024. The Toronto-based royalty company generated $1,867,056 in royalty revenue for the three-month period, a 598% increase compared to $267,350 in the same quarter of 2025 and nearly triple the $665,854 generated in the first quarter of 2026. This growth was primarily driven by increasing royalty income from the Igor 4 royalty in Peru.

The company achieved net income of $137,983 for the quarter, a stark contrast to the net loss of $571,397 reported in Q2 2025 and the net loss of $654,071 in the previous quarter. CEO Peter Bures highlighted the significance of this milestone, stating, "The quarter represents the first instance of positive earnings and cash from operations (before working capital adjustments) since the company went public in July 2024. We are very proud of this achievement and look forward to adding more silver ounce revenues and growing the company in the coming quarters."

In addition to the strong financial performance, Silver Crown expanded its royalty portfolio with a new acquisition effective June 30, 2026. The company acquired two existing privately held 1% net smelter return royalties (cumulative 2% gross smelter return royalty) on Titiminas Silver Inc.'s Madre Sierra deposit in Jauja, Peru, for a cash consideration of US$6,000,000 paid at closing, with an additional US$2,000,000 payable upon receipt of the first payment under the royalties. This acquisition aligns with the company's strategy to grow its silver ounce revenues and diversify its asset base.

To support its growth initiatives, Silver Crown closed a non-brokered private placement on April 15, 2026, issuing 321,429 shares at a price of $14.00 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of $4,500,006. The company ended the quarter with over C$7 million in cash and silver bullion, providing a solid foundation for future opportunities. Management noted that its pipeline remains robust and that it continues to advance a number of royalty opportunities.

The record revenue and profitability mark a significant turning point for Silver Crown, reflecting the success of its business model in generating free cash flow from royalties. The company's focus on silver royalties provides investors with exposure to precious metals, offering a natural hedge against currency devaluation and mitigating the adverse effects of production-related cost inflation. With seven royalties currently held, Silver Crown is well-positioned to capitalize on the growing demand for silver in various industrial applications, including renewable energy and electronics.
