MAX Power Mining Secures $6 Million from Eric Sprott Warrant Exercise to Accelerate Natural Hydrogen Drilling

MAX Power Mining Corp. (CSE: MAXX; OTC: MAXXF; FRANKFURT: 89N) has received a significant financial boost with Eric Sprott exercising 12,138,548 warrants, providing the company with $6,004,216.22 in proceeds. The exercise, completed on Aug. 24, 2026, through 2176423 Ontario Ltd., underscores Sprott's continued confidence in the company's Natural Hydrogen exploration efforts. Following the transaction, Sprott beneficially owns 47,123,527 shares, representing approximately 24.35% of MAX Power's 193,505,888 issued and outstanding common shares, and holds an additional 16.5 million warrants.

CEO Ran Narayanasamy stated that the funds will accelerate the company's commercial validation drill program at the Lawson Complex, where MAX Power is delineating its Natural Hydrogen system. This is a critical step for the company as it seeks to establish Canada's first subsurface Natural Hydrogen discovery, confirmed through deep drilling and validated by three independent labs. The Lawson Discovery, located near Central Butte, Saskatchewan, represents a potential game-changer in the clean energy sector, as Natural Hydrogen is a carbon-free energy source that could significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

MAX Power has built a dominant land position in Saskatchewan, with approximately 1.3 million acres (521,000 hectares) of permits covering prime exploration ground prospective for large-volume accumulations of Natural Hydrogen. The company is also advancing its portfolio of critical mineral properties, including the Willcox Playa Lithium Project in southeast Arizona, where a 2024 diamond drilling discovery highlighted its potential.

The company also announced that President and Director Chad Levesque will present at the Clean Energy & Metals Virtual Investor Conference on Aug. 27 from 1:30-2 p.m. ET, providing investors with an opportunity to engage in real-time Q&A. An archived webcast will be available following the event. This presentation is expected to offer further insights into the company's strategy and progress.

The influx of capital comes at a pivotal time for the natural hydrogen industry, which is gaining traction as a viable clean energy source. With major investments from prominent figures like Eric Sprott, MAX Power is well-positioned to advance its exploration and development activities, potentially unlocking significant value for shareholders and contributing to the global energy transition.
