Hayasa Metals Gains B2i Digital Platform as Major-Funded Armenian Copper Alliance Advances

B2i Digital, Inc. has named Hayasa Metals Inc. (OTCQB: HAYAF | TSXV: HAY) its newest Featured Company, a move that introduces the Vancouver-based copper and gold explorer to a retail and institutional investor network. The announcement, carried through NEWMEDIAWIRE, matters for raw materials audiences because it highlights a jurisdiction most US investors overlook even as copper and gold demand tightens: Armenia, where copper, molybdenum and gold account for roughly 30% of exports.

Hayasa has been exploring in Armenia since 2021. Its most significant near-term catalyst is a two-year copper exploration alliance in southern Armenia, under a term sheet signed September 17, 2026, with a major mining company sole funding the work. Once US$1 million is spent in the alliance area, the partner can earn 51% of any project by funding an additional US$1 million over two years, and 70% with a further US$3 million over three years, with Hayasa remaining operator. A definitive agreement is expected before year-end. That structure is notable because it shifts exploration risk onto a larger partner while preserving Hayasa's operating role and upside.

The company also holds 100% of the Urasar copper-gold project in northern Armenia, a 15-kilometer mineralized corridor. Franco-Nevada and EMX Royalty paid US$1 million in 2025 for a 1.25% royalty, an early validation of the asset. Drill hole UDD-021 returned 39 meters of 0.50% copper and 0.18 grams per tonne gold from 11 meters, and two deeper holes totaling 1,070 meters have assays pending. Hayasa is additionally seeking a new partner for the 93-square-kilometer Vardenis project in central Armenia, and three more exploration licenses are in application, with approval expected in the first quarter of 2027.

B2i Digital CEO David Shapiro framed the timing around investor awareness. "When a major is willing to pay the bills, we think it's time for our investors to hear Hayasa's story," he said, noting that a major mining company signed a term sheet to fund two years of copper exploration in the south. Full detail on the company is available through the Hayasa Metals Featured Company profile.

Leadership matters for a junior explorer. President and Chairman Dennis Moore, a geologist with more than 40 years in the field, discovered the 2-million-ounce Tocantinzinho gold mine and the Cuiú Cuiú gold deposit. CEO Joel Sutherland, a CPA, CA and CFA, spent 20 years in capital markets, 12 of them on Wall Street selling Canadian stocks to US institutions. The board includes Derek White, former President and CEO of KGHM International, and Randall Chatwin, Senior Vice President at B2Gold. "The stream sediment and soil sampling in the alliance area is nearly done, ahead of schedule; assays from our deeper holes at Urasar are on the way, and three new licenses are in application," Sutherland said.

For readers tracking copper and gold supply, the implications are twofold: a new major-backed exploration alliance in a copper-exporting country, and pending assay results that could confirm the scale of the Urasar corridor. B2i Digital distributes through a network spanning 1,200+ outlets and maintains a presence via Stocktwits. Hayasa notes it is committed to responsible exploration and sustainable development; more information is at hayasametals.com. The story's original release is viewable on www.newmediawire.com.
