Underground mining is scheduled to begin on September 24, 2025, starting with development work and aiming to ramp up to 100 tonnes per day within four weeks and 150 tonnes per day within twelve weeks. A Mutual Aid Agreement with New Gold Inc. has been signed to enhance operational readiness and safety, providing access to emergency support if needed. The underground program will be led by Mike McCartin, an experienced underground mining geologist, with support from Roughstock Mining Services to establish mining protocols and standard operating procedures.
